Hello guys if someone other are using your photo's or pics that belongs to you or yours family member. You can block these photos by reporting to Facebook Authority, to do this you just need to follow these simple steps as given by me.
1-Open your browser and paste this url to open facebook violation reporting page.

You will see next page look-like this.
2- Select your action that you need for example someone is using my photos.

3-You should be redirected in next page where you need to select option according to you.

4- Click fill out this form to submit your claim to Facebook Authority. You should be redirected in next page where you need to select content types that you want to block for example select photo.
5- Now you need to select following options according to your choice as given below in screen shot.
6- Finally click on send.
If you are authorized user to claim about blocking your photo using by someone other. Facebook Authority let you know by email and will take action that are required. Like and share if this is helpful for you.
